Welcome to JEEGenie. By creating an account or signing in with Google, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

JEEGenie is operated by the JEEGenie team. Our registered legal entity name, CIN, GSTIN, and registered office address are available on request at support@jeegenie.com, and we intend to publish them on this page directly. If ownership or operation changes in the future, we will update this page.

What JEEGenie is

JEEGenie is an online preparation platform for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). The service includes adaptive tests, previous year question practice, a learning module organized around the JEE syllabus, a chat-based Smart tutor, and analytics on your progress.

JEEGenie is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected in any way to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the IITs, the JEE organizing body, or any official coaching institute. Previous year exam questions are reproduced from publicly available sources for the purpose of educational practice under fair use.

Your account

JEEGenie is intended for JEE and NEET aspirants. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, anyone under 18 is a child; if you are under 18 you may use JEEGenie only with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian. When you create an account you confirm your age and, if you are a minor, confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to these terms — by checking the consent box on the sign-up form.
You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.
One account per person. Bulk-creating accounts, using fake identities, or impersonating another person is not permitted.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in harmful activity (spam, scraping, attempts to reverse-engineer or overload the service, etc.).

Plans and payment

JEEGenie offers a free tier that includes limited daily tests, solutions, bookmarks, and chat messages. Paid plans (Test Practice, Past Papers, One Subject, Full Access, and Pro) unlock higher limits and additional features. Current plan details are shown in-app on the pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice to existing customers.

All paid plans are a single one-time payment for the stated period — there is no auto-renewal and your card is never stored, so nothing charges again on its own. The price and any applicable GST are shown at checkout before you pay. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

Use JEEGenie for any purpose other than personal study and exam preparation.
Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download questions, explanations, or other content from the platform.
Resell, redistribute, or publicly share JEEGenie content without written permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to the platform's infrastructure.
Use the Smart tutor for non-JEE-related purposes, prompt-injection attacks, or to generate harmful content.
Interfere with or disrupt the service (flooding, rate-abuse, malicious automation, etc.).

Content and intellectual property

The JEEGenie application, its design, text, software, question metadata, learning content, algorithms, and branding are owned by JEEGenie or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own exam preparation.

Previous year exam questions belong to their respective examining bodies. JEEGenie makes no claim of ownership over historical exam content and reproduces it for educational practice.

No guarantee of results

JEEGenie is a study aid, not a guarantee of any specific JEE rank or outcome. Individual exam performance depends on many factors outside our control. Any predicted ranks, mastery scores, or readiness percentages shown in the app are statistical estimates based on your practice history and should be treated as guidance, not promises.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

JEEGenie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all questions or explanations are free of mistakes. If you find an incorrect answer or explanation, please report it via the in-app feedback button and we will review it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JEEGenie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or examination outcomes, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using JEEGenie and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately and we will delete personal data according to the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, complaints about content, conduct, or your personal data may be addressed to our Grievance Officer:

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of JEEGenie will be resolved in the courts of India.
